3. Booking & Payments

A signed contract and any required retainer/payment must be received to secure your session date.

Session dates are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.

Specific payment terms, cancellation policies, and rescheduling terms are outlined in your individual photography contract.

4. Image Delivery

Final images are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed upon.

Editing style is at the discretion of the photographer and reflects Taraburca Photography’s artistic vision.

RAW/unprocessed files are not provided.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information for booking
  
  

Taraburca Photography is not responsible for compromised coverage due to late arrival, venue restrictions, weather conditions, or interference from guests.

6. Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, emergency, or other circumstances beyond our control, liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

Taraburca Photography is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Image Use & Copyright

All photographs remain the copyrighted property of Taraburca Photography.

Clients receive personal-use rights unless otherwise stated in writing. Images may not be sold, submitted to contests, or used commercially without permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts.

9. Changes to Terms

Taraburca Photography reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
